Durban Branch ***

I had lodged a complaint with the Branch Manager at Price n Pride PMB Store ,the manager on duty was extremely helpful (Denise). When my complaint was then communicated to the Branch Manager at the Durban Store she was not helpful at all. <br> The complaint lodged was due to a rude delivery man that had delivered a TV stand I had initially bought in PMB but delivered to Durban (as per my request) also that the stand had a dent (which has been sorted out now thanks to Denise at the PMB Branch). The reason for this complaint is because of the attitude I had received from Devi at the branch in Durban, I ended up cutting the call on her before I lost it (I was getting impatient so I mentioned that I would get my legal team to contact her but then again Denise from PMB advised I should not). May someone please look into this as I am not happy about the way she (Devi )handled the whole situation I am the customer and in all honesty my side of the story needs to be heard. I have no reason to lodge a complaint that is null and void with Devi. May this kindly be looked at urgently. Thank you in advance.
