Don't give enough information to the customer

On the 23rd of the 10th 2015 I was given 3 different information regarding my Price and Pride account that is under Russell's and Joshua Doore after going to the Branch to pay as I'm an unemployed customer and 5 months arrears. The lady at the store told me not to worry no one's going to take goods as I made a payment and arrangements.Later same day a guy that was sent by Jacques from NEM Debt Collectors came to collect the gods and demanded the other amount that was short from the monthly installment and after talking to Jacques over the phone he was very rude and threatening me. Beginning of the same month I received a call from the lady from Price and Pride collections and I told her that I'm still anticipating money from my UIF and she said its not a problem she will call me month end of October but when I tried explaining that to Jacques he was busy fighting with me and threatening me. So all in all in the month of October I spoke to 3Different people giving me different info, a lady from the store, a Lady who said she will call me back end of October to find out if I managed to get my UIF fixed and never told me about collecting the goods, and a very rude guy named Jacques.
