did not received my laptop

i gave my laptop to price n pride manager because it screen was blank and they promise to repair it within a month or so <br> i am paying monthly R385 i bought my laptop 2014-02-03 <br> and we had an agreement if it dies they are going to repair it <br> 01-07-2015 i gave them for repairs since then have been paying montly <br> but my laptop is not coming back , the only responce i got is that<br> they have problem with their supplier.<br> i have been going there to ask for it everyday but nothing .<br> i was suppose to pay R350 my last payment on 01-02-2016<br> i didnt pay because of their bad service . i never gave them a problem and i never have<br> arears .thank you
