Dameged goods always

I have been customer for price n pride for almost 19 years but they never treated me nicely their service is always bad.year 2010 i brought wall units but when delivered it was damaged and i reported the matter and they came and collect only one part after months they returned it but it was different from the other part (different colour ) i told the manager by the name of morris but they never fix it. Year 2013 i took kitchen unit when it was delivered it was also damage ( doors didn't have handles )it doesn't close, always opened ,i also reported the matter but nothing has been done even today its almost 11 months.i told the store manager, several times but nothing has been done but they call me every month to ask when will i pay monthly installment, thats what they good at (reminding you when to pay )their service is bad i regrets the day i went to that shop. Even the manager he has done nothing about this matter.price n pride they must learn to make their customers happy.they must run after money all the time
