DAMAGED COUCH DEVILERED,RECOLLECTED,NEVER RETURNED

My mother bought a couch from Garankuwa branch in December 2013 , and we realized one piece was damaged , we requested Barnetts to come collect and fix the piece , it took them more than 10 months to collect after so many attempts and finally they collected in November 2014. Since then until date we have never heard anything from them , with so many efforts to get a feedback even from the Store manager , nothing tangible comes from their mouth. its over 8 months now AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. <br> I am currently trying to get hold of JD GROUP to please assist before we conclude to better return your products.The store manager Thandi has even told my mother that there is nothing she can do about this matter.<br> Our consumer rights are being violated by Barnetts and we are also seeking assistance from National Consumer rights bodies.<br> I need action within 24 hours or I take this matter far ahead.<br> What kind of a treatment is that to old ladies , this is a totally disrespect treatment or rather undermining people.<br> <br>
