Couch has still not been replaced in 3 years!

I am posting this on behalf on my housekeeper: I purchased a lounge suite and DVD player in 2012. They delivered the DVD player which was fine but the lounge suit was different colours and damaged. I requested a change for the couches to which i was instructed to contact the manager at Protea South Glen which he then even came to my house to inspect and agreed that the couches needed to be changed to the right matching undamaged set. I have not paid the remaining instalments as this is not what i purchased. I am now receiving lawyers letters in regard to this outstanding payment which i have paid a total of R1800. Please can you contact me to arrange the correct goods are delivered and then i will proceed with payments. Maureen Manganyi ***
