Barnetts furniture ripping me off!

I bought a bedroom suit at Barnetts furniture Soshanguve in 2010 March and in September same year I lost my job, I communicated with them but December 2010 they came to repossess the bedroom suit. Now when I check my credit profile they have listed me that I owe them R8000+ , how dare they say I pay for the bedroom suit that they took from my house?
