Barnett's de*****ing people

I am writing this review on behalf of my father. How does Barnetts hand some one over if they have NEVER had an account with them??? My father received an sms notifying him that he has been handed over to debt collectors. He does not have a furniture account and has never had one.

SOMEONE PLEASE explain that to me because it makes no sense. This has to be sorted out as soon as possible.
