BAD SERVICE FROM YOU GUYS

I bought goods some time ago I think it was 3 months ago and only to find out that those goods were damaged. I reported and they came after days to take these goods, and promised to bring them soon but soon became close to two months now ,waiting and waiting hence u deducting your full amount on my acc...whats that honestly?yes bonginkosi called me saying that he cant get hold of a warehouse if im not mistaken but im still waiting ...what kind of a service is this ,many complained about this shop but I took a risk and said theres no need to judge u for something that iv never experienced but now I regret every moment of it...u deduct on ma money for something I don't have, that's some kind of a *******
