bad service

i bought a fridge last year from the above mentioned shop.the fridge never worked since the first day it arrived.i notified the shop which promised to fetch the frodge but never arrived to tyhis day.i have been given excuses every time i call from the driver being missing,tha sales lady absconding to the van being broken.the fridge is still standing in my hiouse sincee the shop said they wil take responsibilirty of fetching it to avoid further damage to it.<br> your assisstance in this matter will be highly appreciated<br> thank you <br> neo
