Bad service

I bought a bed,headboard and dressing table at Mankweng Barnets,mid March 2015,the consultant was too helpful,and I expected to receive the best service ever.A bed was delivered first and the head board and the dressing table which they did not even bother to connect before they leave,I contacted the store manager several times but still he did not send someone to connected as promised.I send my complain to customer service call centre but no one seem to care,Am deeply disappointed,all that I ask is my furniture to be connected and I will not bother you again,I will not bother myself to have an account with you
