bad customer service I have experienced

Firstly I would like to say I don't think they pride themselves in customer service as their names suggest.I lay-Byed a bed 4months ago, I lost my job in April da 1st went to the shop and spoke to Lucia as she was the 1 who was helping @ 1st.told her I need to cancel the lay-bye and get a refund as I wasn't working anymore, she told me to bring my I'd which I dd in the next day then she told me to leave my I'd copy as the system was offline in 3 April 2015 to this day the system is still offline but they trading lol.I went back on the 9th still the system was not working n on the 16 again but they opened for trading. On the 18 April 2015 I called customer service n spoke to thabiso he promised to call me back after he had called the branch the very same day to this day am still waiting for his call lol.I'm really saddened by their service.
