ACCOUNT OPENED FOR PENSIONERS

Hi Hellopeter<br> <br> i would like to lay a complaint about Price and Pride in Tsakane Mall that in 2013 they have opened an account for my mother Dora Mavuso and the fact that she's a pensioner how possible is this, yes my sister who agreed to pay for her and she passed on in Dec 2013.in October 2014 we asked Price and Pride restructure her contract in terms of payment to allow her to pay at least R600 p/m. I have started paying for this account last year October and to my surprise today i recieve a call form one of the attorneys who did not want to give me their company name but her is their number ***. They said Price n Pride handed MY MUM'S account to them. what i really want to now is that, How do they open account for the pensioner knowing that shes not earning much and expect her to pay on regular basis. Why do they hand her over even if WE HAVE negotiated her contract and that we still paying them every month. please help me as am also tired of paying for something that does not come to an end cause i was told by them that this account will be finished next year July 2016.
