account did deduct while ask to cancel debit order

I got retrench on 01/12/2015 furniture store did deduct on 01/12/2015 and 23/12/2015 my mom did go to the store with my I'd book to ask for debit order cancellation and explain I did get retrench and still waiting for my work paper work to send them to the furniture store to get my records clean they said debit order is cancelled and when I bring papers insurance will help me mean while I'm not working and I can't go look for a job because if I'm pregnant and I'm still waiting for papers to claim my UIF money please assist me with goods I need for information about what to do to keep my name in good records.
