Good Afternoon Hello Peter<br> <br> I hope all is well . I returned to Price & Pride on Friday 11 March 2016 about the tv issue you had sorted out for me. When I arrived there I spoke to a Sales Person by the name of Lindiwe who was very helpful to me which I appreciate. She spoke to a couple managers on the phone whichone was rude to me and told he will not gice me a new tv he repair my tv. My television is a brand new television which I am paying for for monthly. He said to me if I dont want to repair it there is nothing more to say to me and he will not give me a new tv I told him im raking this matter forward to you he then told me I must do what I have to do in a rude manner and I then ok I will tel Hello Peter all what you said. I then returned home with the tv Hello Peter which I did not watch because it was freezing and switching off at times and today when my daughter says to me dad can you watch Barney and Friends with me I put the tv on then it froze for over 20minutes which mad her sad I said my child the tv is faulty daddy is going to sort that made my heartvery sore to see her that way.
