Dishonest Company

<p>Ordered a book in September for my son who's birthday is in September. Needless to say book never showed up. Shipping info showed that book was on route. Life then got busy with completion of renovations and moving into our new home, followed by Christmas / holiday season. When I enquired about the whereabouts of my book, they wiped their hands off the issue (despite their own tracking system stating the book was never delivered) and said I need to follow up with local customs or my post office and by the way, no refund!! Urm the item never even reached South Africa... So customs nor my post office will be able to assist, but clearly that's not their issue. They have my money. </p>
