Incomplete delivery of Sketchbook wines boxes

Bought two boxes of Carol Boyes Sketchbook wines during lockdown through a supplier with the expected delivery to be made during level 2. However, one box was delivered and signed for by my daughter with a delivery note stating 2 quantities. It was a box and she did not query the quantity as it could have been two items in the box. On arrival I immediately notified the seller that one box was delivered instead of two. He got in touch with the above mentioned company and they indicated that their courier delivered two boxes and I did not receive two as per order. I have been following up with Zac and he is now not responding to my messages. My efforts to make the company to deliver the second box are now ignored.
