Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Bernard repairs has had our machine since June. We paid over R4000 already (call-out fee and parts included), however our machine has not been fixed. We always have to follow-up with them. It's always promises and excuses. We are now told they can't refund us because parts were bought already, but they are still not getting our machine fixed - empty promises!!!
