Poor service

The service of Barnard's TV and Appliances Roodepoort is shocking. My Defy oven requires new elements. Currently I cannot use the oven, because it keeps tripping the electricity. Done an EFT on 23rd July and still they cannot give me an answer as to when the work will be done. They don't return calls, follow up on messages and you are lucky if they answer the phone.
