NON REPAIR

<p>My parents bought a washing machine from HiFi Corp and had a problem with it. HiFi Corp referred tem to Barnard's for repairs. The machine was collected in June 2016 and we were told it will take ±2 weeks to have it repaired. Roll on September 2016 when we eventually receive the machine back! 2.5 months later! Long stories, excuses, blaming others, wrong part, parts out of stock, etc... Louis, the repair technician guaranteed the machine is working 100%! NOT! The machine has not been repaired at all and that after being with them for 2.5 months! Absolutely disgusting! Do they care? Not at all! They were paid by HiFi Corp for a service not rendered! </p>
