Horrific service with ********* behavious

<p>DISGUSTING SERVICE – BARNARDS TV SERVICES</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing this letter as a last resort in order for Barnards TV Services to be exposed and for me to hopefully get my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my Hi Sense TV to be repaired at Barnards TV Services on 308 Ontdekkers Rd. on 12 November 2016. I collected the TV on 17 November 2016 and paid an amount of R1 894.00. A few days later the TV started doing the same so I returned the TV. They then asked me to collect the TV a few days later as it was supposedly repaired. When I got there I asked for it to be checked and it didn’t switch on. Only to find out that nothing was done to the TV. I then left it there and a few days later they said TV was repaired and I must collect. Collected and a few days later TV just switched off. I then took it back a few days later (about a week and a half before Xmas) and got given the run around. I was promised I would have my TV for Xmas but it didn’t materialise. Never even have the decency to give me feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have been given the run around by the owner Dudley Geffen and his sidekick Jacky. I have heard every excuse in the book about what is happening to my TV. Then on Monday 30 January 2017 I get a call from Dudley Geffen and he says he will give me a full refund as they cannot repair. He asked for my banking details and said he will give me a full refund that evening and also agreed to buy my TV for R300.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date no payment has been made and you can’t get hold of Dudley Geffen. I keep getting bull**** feedback from Jacky (his office sidekick). Every day it is a different story about refunding my monies. I have to phone and find out what is happening. They don’t even have the courtesy to let me know what is going on. I feel they are an ********* business and would never recommend them. How many other people are they doing this to?</p> <p>ADVISE: STAY AWAY FROM BARNARDS TV SERVICES. THEY ARE ****** AND ARE ********* IN THEIR BEHAVIOUR. DUDLEY AND JACKY, THE WORLD IS ROUND.
