Disgrace to the accreditation of the Defy brand

Horrible experience with the repair of my Defy freezer. A disgrace to the accreditation of the Defy brand. *********** technicians, that fit the wrong size gasket, then removing the gasket and promising that the freezer would still work and it did not. Meat went off due to their incompetence. Not only are technicians *********** but office staff cannot handle complaints and have a don’t care attitude, promise to call u back and then don’t bother follow through on their promise. They have a WhatsApp facility that they ignore when you alert them to your complaint. I will not use their services or recommend to anyone. Mark George
