defy fridge

Defy send out Barnards TV and Appliances it is now the 5th time they have to come out to fix my defy fridge . On the 26 November I cancelled the appointment the deep freeze start working and late the same day it stop I ask the guy if he can come on tuesday the 29th there will be some one at home until 12h30 never ever as I phone him now he said he will only be there at 15h00 . This is now the 5th time they have to come out to my house and still the deepfreeze making a load noise and 4 racks is not freezing . I bought meat and now I am going to lose the meat because of this problem. Please if Defy service is so poor I will never ever bought a Defy product again. I assist that Defy give me a new fridge this fridge was over R10000 when I bought it.
