Avoid **** Service

Dont bother!!! Nikita, Samantha and Mariska are happy to take bookings for new job orders and want their money upfront.

After 2months, your appliance won't work and give you the same problem they claimed to fix....then you will be begging them for 7 days to fix it. **** customer service or shall I say its non-existent. Every time you call to follow up on your request they'll take down your number to check on the system and put you on hold. Then all three of them will revert with different stories when you hang-up and call them back again. it's been 7 days and my fridge is still not fixed considering that I have done my month grocery!!! Whats funny is that they then send a black person to speak to you, because clearly they think I don't understand English, but instead I am Gatvol of their excuses and lack of customer service!!!!

My fridge still not fixed and I've lost over R2000.

AVOID THE **** SERVICE! DO NOT CALL THEM.
