Not to be trusted

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your company. I paid a call out fee of R650 for the repair of my item, but after receiving my payment, your company failed to provide the service I expected. Despite the passing of several days since I paid the fee, I have yet to receive any update or repair to my item. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of my payment due to the lack of service provided. I trusted your company to provide the repair service I needed, but instead, I feel that I have been let down and taken advantage of. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for me to receive a full refund. Your company's failure to provide the service you promised has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I am simply asking for the money I paid for the service that I never received. I have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman.
