Bad taste in mouth

The most horrible experience of my adult life at this establishment. Firstly lies to me on the phone when I asked if I could wait while the assessment on my TV. When I get there. No I can't wait it has to be booked in at a cost of R345. Worst mistake of my life leaving this TV at this place. Calls me later. Says the part is obsolete but should give them time to try and source it. How contradictory is this. After endless phone calls on my part to this place. I decided to drive in 3 days after to find that absolutely no progress was made at all. Then I'm threatened if I should write a bad review that they would reply that I wouldn't pay R345. I refused of course because no service was rendered by this appalling place. Stay away people.
