Have to select a rating, don't see a negatine star rating, oh well... After repairing my car amplifier twice(once chargeable as it was damaged by an incapable car audio install shop, second due to barnards incapable repair technicians that charged me anyway), I've sadly blown 4 midrange speakers after connecting up(post both barnards repairs). They fail to acknowledge emails and whatsapp messages, this was my experience from the very outset after waiting 6 weeks for a quote and an additional week to repair the product. Needless to say my recourse now lies in other extremely costly avenues(cpa haha, court ja OK, principals still matter). Thank you Ian Lev, looking forward to suitable restitution. Please ensure these guys are shut down. Can't believe companies like DEFY consider them to be suitable repair agents, the public can't afford ******* wannabe electronic "repair" companies like THIS that don't communicate or deliver. As an aside, reasonably I suggested that they connect the supposedly repaired product to one of their vehicles as proof of their incapable workmanship... Yip, totally ignored. As the "manager" said when I arrived the one day "here it comes".... What a bunch of useless, incapable fools... Sue me if you must. You're a disgrace to the electronics repair industry, how you're still in business is unfathomable.... That's SA for you...or maybe that's just barnards.
