Do not use this company

Hi all. Do not use this company. We’ve paid our deposit in November 2021 and after numerous calls and messages, they have not deliver/installed the door. They do not respond to messages. They claim to have a back log, but do not get back to us when we asked for an estimated time line. I have asked about returning our deposit and cancelling the order but they are not responding.
