Barloworld charges R4959 for a call out

I am horrified that Barloworld Power generator division charges COD customers R4959 for a call out irrespective of how long they are on site from 5min to 2 hours, and they insist you pay up front before they will dispatch a technician.<br> We paid their fee thinking they would refund us the difference once they knew how long they would be on site but they don't. We've had to pay R10000 for Bab**** to do a call out before but were invoiced for true hours and travel time and refunded the difference, thinking that this was how Barloworld was going to work as well we went ahead and paid the call out fee. What a shocker, as a generator company ourselves who had no choice but to use Barloworld for this call out as they are the only ones with the software for the problem our client had, I cannot believe that a company can be so ridiculous in their charges. 10 minutes on site and 40km travel does not justify a R4959 call out fee.
