Worst medical aid in the world

I hate this medical aid! We had to move because my husband moved jobs, I am on chronic medication, Barloworld has a HUGE chronic funds section but declined my request, said I must get a motivations letter from my doctor which I did, and they still declined it. They look for any reason not to pay. I wish we could go back to our old medical aid scheme. Very unhappy!
