Worst service

I dropped off my car by 7:38 this morning and I asked that it be ready before 4 this afternoon. I called to ask if my car was ready by 3:30 this afternoon and I was told I will be called back. A lady by the name Khensani called me and told me around 3:45 this afternoon and told me that they need to put in a few extra things which are not covered by the service plan. I told her not to. I called her back around 3:55 to ask if my car was ready and she said yes. I asked her to send someone to fetch me and she agreed. Now it's 5pm and they still haven't fetched me. The worst service ever!!!
