Professional **** or pure ****

We bought shares in 2019 and we where told that after 5 years we will receive our payouts, 2022 I used to get calls and emails left right and centre saying we are supposed to get payouts and when you call the call centre you will never get a straight answer on the questions regarding payouts.

Since 2023 I can't log in on the khula sizwe website to check what is going on. Last year 2024 around I called and asked about my dividends and I was told that I need to submit fica documents of which I did, after that no communication only thank for submitting fica documents and I asked when are getting our dividends because the 5 years has lapsed the answer was we should wait for communication via email about that, I am still waiting for the communication and I think the people working for the call centre knows exactly that we are been ****med here.

Now it's March 10th I took it upon myself as always to ask about the payouts, I get a reply with a 5 pages documents saying that there will be no payouts only after they have settled their debts which is 2034. Hello peter please help us did we get professional ****med here or what is going on and the worst part is we can't even sell the shares. Where can we go from here to get help.
