Poor Service received from your Merge Company JSE and lack of KhulaSizwe knowledge

I am so disappointed that you have merge with JSE .I have made numerous contact with you as a individual company but up until no avail.I have received no or bad service and communication from your merge company which you as my investment company Barloworld KhulaKhulaSizwe have not engaged with us investors that you will let JSE deal with your on on behalf of KhulaSizwe administration team/ division.I have not received such communication or a bulletin.Today I received an email from JSE , *** Keanogetswe Silwane ,she rather attach a pricing list,that they can't find any of my records on the system,KS***, I must send her my ID number to retrieve my details,which I am not happy to engage or give to , because of ***** and *****ulent identification.I also engaged with Thokona on the 4 September 2025 @ 12H13 pm on *** ,she can't help me , only to tell me that I can't purchase anymore shares.Today @ 09:45 am I engaged with Nthabiseng *** ,she was not helpful at all , making promises and can't deliver.I called again today,just after 11:00 am ,left a message with Nicole to let Nthabiseng call me to ,advise on what KhulaSizwe banking details are ,is it Nedbank, Account Name, Barloworld KhulaKhulaSizwe, Account number *** .that all I needed to know ,just incase the markets are open to purchase again.I do not want to engage with an operator from JSE ,I want to engage with an consultant at or from Barloworld KhulaKhulaSizwe Company
