Dysfunctional Website and None answering and returning of calls.

I have been battling for ages to log on to view my profile the site is dysfunctional. When you try logging you get the endless incorrect username and password but frustratingly the "Forgot Password" function just prompts for an OTP sent via sms for 4 days in row that OTP never get sent to my phone and I called a million times and left massages and no one bothers to return to those its like hitting a dead end and I need to view my investment portfolio in the scheme.
