Barloworld Khulasizwe shares

I bought shares in 2019 . We were supposed to get paid out last year. I called the call center and I was told that our shares are locked , we should wait for Jan or Feb . Called again today different story now we should wait for June. NO COMMUNICATION FROM KHULASIZWE. I JUST WANT MY MONEY PLEASE.
