Unprofessional service, not giving correct information.

BAD service. We had an experience where we were told they have parts in stock, we paid for the parts. The gentleman told us the parcel would be ready at 3Pm. When our courier went to pick up the parcel, they told him the parts are being imported and will only be here in the next 2 weeks. We were never informed at any stage that there is no stock and that is needs to be imported! Various times they refused me to speak to their manager. The supervisor told me there is nothing she can do, even though the sales person said on email that the parts would be ready for collection and that they do have stoc****!!! They were rude and not willing to help at all.
