Refund

Upon purchasing a product from Barloworld I needed to return it on the same day unused in its original packaging and I was told the consultant was at church and I should return later I couldn't return on the same day so I came back two days later only to be told that returns are done on same day of purchase. Also they said the product I bought was a special order but I was not given a receipt/disclaimer stating such. They won't give me my refund and they keep giving rules which are not on my receipt. This tells me that either these rules do not exist or I'm being taken for a ride. They were also very ****** with the manager telling me that the commission they make is too little because they have to pay for Nkandla money (Jacob Zuma's house). The consult has enjoyed the commission yet they still have the product with them and no refund. Please help I'm not getting any joy from Barloworld in Selby. Consults name is Shahid ********** 080 please assist
