they will ****med you about a free one month rent then all of the sudden you have carryover costs the next month ,

the sewer costs are insane they say it’s based on your water consumption but yet they will charge you for the following month without you even using a ounce of water . Make it make sense 🤷♀️

We are paying R654 for sewer recovered of which its a double of what other normal residents are paying based on COJ yhoo I regret being here 🫠
