GREAT Customer service for blocked drain

A-frigging-mazing service. The first time I used them, they had the best price I tested, were super-friendly and efficient. The second time, they immediately recognized my name and without having to provide any data, they sent a team - and didn't even charge me. That's the way customer service is supposed to work. They certainly have me as a customer (and anyone I can recommend to them)
