Worst Experience Ever!!!

Im an utterly disgraced by the service i recieved .

All i wanted was to give my husband a sentimental gift for his birthday so i had his favourite watch glass replaced battery and a pin. I paid R430 and nothing else was wrong with this watch.

Received watch back a day later the rubber of the straps crack and watch falls off his arm!! Bare in mind its a Gift i gave him and nothing was wrong with straps till i got it back.

I then call store and explain and all i get told is its not their problem as its at own risk but own risk doesnt mean damage the goods and not take ownership Right?

So now ive lost aR430 as watch is so useless without straps my hubby asked for other straps and all that was said is sorry at own risk.

Ill never recomoend anyone to them ever. No one appologised and im at a loss
