Worst customer service ever!!

I made number plates at Barksole N1 City. The guy didn’t ask me any measurements, I’ve just turned around and point to the one I want in a distanve. On collection I’ve realized that the wrong size was made.... I spoke to the owner Debbie where she said I’ve specifically went up to the size I wanted and pointed to it where I know I only turned around and pointed.

After Debbie said she will send me the footage she called me back after 10 minutes to tell me she is not going to send me the footage anymore..... so what does that telling me!!!
