Worse service ever

Good day, I took my brand new Aldo shoes in for repair at the barksole in Canal Walk as the glue came slightly loose by the sole. When I collected the shoes the heels were damaged. I left my details to be contacted by the manager as the staff were not interested in resolving the fact that the shoe clamp had damaged not only the heels but the suede on the shoes. I paid R147.00 for the repair on a R1699 pair of boots that are now damaged. I went into the store on several occasions, there is never a manager on duty and it would appear that the staff are not relaying the message to the manager or the manager is not interested in my concerns in the poor service levels. Not what one would expect from a Canal Walk store. Months has now passed. Pathetic service!!!!!
