Unsatisfied customer

I took my leather long length boots to Barksoles in Blueroute mall Tokai to have it shortening. The job was poorly done that I returned it on two occasions due to inner scratching on calfs. It was in July and I'm still without my boots. I just phoned in to inquire since I never get any feedback, I was kept on hold until I had to hang up. Terrible service and bad customer service 😑
