The date stated ready 2 Oct for the 2 pairs and 16 Oct for the 3rd pair. Went to collect them the Saturday 7 Oct the 2 pairs. It was not ready, they could not find my shoes at all. All they had to do was fix the soles. Another lady shoes was not ready either. Today I called again 10 Oct. They still could not find my shoes and the gentleman would have called me back. No one called. Best is to stay away from these people. Try another shoe repair shop. Woman is rude and staff slack. How does it even happen that 3 pairs of shoes are missing?
