Terrible service and not even decent enough to call.

On Sun 3rd July, I dropped off a pair of shoes to have the soles glued as they were coming loose. I was told is would be compete by Friday. I allowed an extra day, and went to collect on Sat 9th July. It was not ready - the chap advised the glue arrived late, but if I walked around the mall for 10min I could come back to collect. I said I would rather return the next day. Went back on Sunday 1th July... IT WAS STILL NOT READY.

The woman on duty promised to follow-up and call me back Monday (today)..... guess what; I'm still waiting.

Really terrible service and extremely poor service. They don't give a damn.

I'd advise anyone, that they need to either use a different repair shop or try a different branch of Barksole, as N1 is pathetic.
