Sulky unpleasant individual!!!

I have made use of Barksole's services at Bayside Mall for many years. No problems ever except for this week. Had a key cut which did not work so had to go back. A very sulky lady with a child behind the counter took my request to have the key "fixed" as a personal insult. She cut the key. No apology and slapped the "new" key on the counter. Why are people like that in the service industry?? Wont go back ..... unless the new keys does'nt work either!!! :-)
