Spanish boots been Hijacked

I handed in my expensive Pepe leather embroidered boots worth over R10000.00 for resoling a year ago. I told them they are expensive boots upfront and it holds great sentimental value to me. Each time I enquired about my boot I was given endless stories. The runaround.... They are not done, they will call me, they are trying to Find the right wedge for the boot. It's been a year!!!!! They revamped the shop and they then told me the boots must be at the owners house, they will have a Look and get back to me. :O I'm still waiting. I felt like I was being a nuisance enquiring about my own boots. Be very careful people and retain your receipts. (I have mine) and I want my boots bac****!! Docket number 437716. 19/08/2017.
