Pathetic Customer service.
Pathetic service.
Went to the store to get shoes fixed. They gave me a price. Told me when the shoes would be collected. I went there on the day and guess what? Shoes aren’t there. The lady says she would call. And of course she doesn’t. I then have to call and check up and they just conveniently say I can collect. So I was supposed to collect the 30/07 but it’s the 08/09 and I’ve gotta be the one to call around.
When I get to the store they tell me that the price is more. Do not give a price and change it upon collection. That’s unprofessional.
Never again will I support.
