Missing jackets Barksole Somerset West

We took in 3 jackets for dry- cleaning and have not got them back! They have apparently lost these 3 jackets. The owner does not answer his phone and they send you from pillar to post. It has been 3 weeks. What can one do? This feels like the jackets were "******"
