LOST SHOE AT MITCHELL’s PLAIN BRANCH

I wrote a review on 3 January 2023 about the horrible service my mother received from your Mitchell’s Plain branch since October 2022 regarding your *********** staff losing her shoe she took into your store for repairs. No one from any of your stores has bothered to get in touch with us to try and resolve this issue. Is this the little to no regard you have for your customers????
